In order to provide the best fit on older children, we have changed the pattern on our harems to match the pocket harems.

This gives the harem shape, without the huge excess crotch fabric on children without nappies. All are made with a gusset for flexibility. For children up to 2 a nappy gusset is used as standard to accommodate those in nappies.
