At this time, we remain OPEN for new and existing orders as we are a solely online retailer.
All orders are now either sent via parcel box, or via Drop and Go when I go out to walk, removing social contact.
All items are produced by me in my office which is not accessible to anyone else, and I am being extra vigilant with hand washing ect. I am the only one handling items before they leave the house minimising any chance of interaction.
I have had to make some changes to how I work due to the lockdown.
My husband is now working from home, and my children are home full time so I no longer having working hours during the week as standard.
At this time, my primary working days are Saturday and Sunday, with post runs between Monday and Wednesday each week.
At present there is no affect on normal turnaround.
As I know people are struggling in some places for essentials, I am currently prioritising CSP, masks and wipes orders as much as possible, aiming to process them within a week.
I will keep updating any changes or delays on Instagram and here as best I can.
